1. Service Overview

FounderMove provides a done-for-you business launch package which includes:

• A custom homepage and contact/booking page built in Framer
• A professionally designed logo
• A launch strategy document outlining how to grow your business
• Optional access to ongoing messaging support for an additional monthly fee

Our services are designed to help you launch a freelance or agency-style business. All materials are provided digitally.

2. Results Disclaimer

We believe in the value of our systems and guidance, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success in freelancing or running a service-based business depends on your effort, follow-through, and market conditions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• No income or client results are guaranteed
• Results vary based on individual execution
• You are responsible for your own business decisions and actions

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — including digital deliverables, strategy materials, and customization — all purchases are final and non-refundable.

No exceptions will be made.

4. Founder Support Add-On

If you choose to activate Founder Support (messaging support), you will be charged a recurring monthly fee. You may cancel this support plan at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

Access to direct messaging will be discontinued after cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by FounderMove — including website designs, logos, and launch guides — are licensed for use by the individual or business who purchased the package. You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse these materials for others without written consent.

6. Communication and Delivery

Most deliverables are completed and shared within the timeline outlined at checkout. All communication will be handled via email or a client dashboard (e.g., ManyRequests). Clients are expected to provide necessary input promptly to avoid delays.

7. Modifications to Terms

FounderMove reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
